In their memory, this grant aims to provide vital funding for mental health services, focusing on suicide prevention, healing, and breaking down the systemic obstacles that too often prevent individuals from receiving the care they desperately need. We honor Knightly by creating a pathway for healing and support, ensuring that no one else has to face these challenges alone.

The goal of this grant is not only to provide financial assistance but to also raise awareness about the critical need for mental health equity, particularly for BIPOC youth aging out of the foster care/child welfare system. By offering resources, support, and hope, we strive to honor their legacy and work toward a future where systemic failures no longer cost lives.

Adoptive families or kinship caregivers. Youth and families impacted by the foster/adoption system or those in reunification processes.

LGBTQIA+ individual who idtifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, or another gender/sexual minority. LGBTQIA+ youth and adults facing discrimination, homelessness, or access barriers. Individual needs support related to gender identity, sexual orientation, or marginalization.

Individuals and families seeking culturally relevant or cultural-specific (e.g., language specific, immigrant families, first gen families etc.)
